New Features
- Huge Documentation update to highlight potential KPI ideas and bring in the latest events – including the enriched data that Lexi can add (see an example)
- KPI selection can now include any data from Lexi – including enriched insights

- KPIs can now have goals (beta) – new recommendations coming soon!
- Assignment events in Jira and Zendesk are now aggregated
- Broader ticket lifecycle events in Zendesk are now aggregated – including status change and ticket creation
- Integrations can now have an option to ignore external unmapped users (Zendesk uses this by default) – allows overall tracking of externally created events
- New Recommendation: Team is working on a lot of other items besides KPIs

Enhancements
- Aliases for Microsoft 365 emails defined in Integration Mappings per user are now used to lookup activity in Microsoft 365 integration
- Labels and axes on Insights graphs are more intuitive
- Daily notifications will include recommendations even if we don’t aggregate any activity for that day
- Core working hours, locations and timezones are now considered in recommendations that consider the length of the working day
- Swift Kanban aggregation is more efficient and doesn’t get caught with rate limiting
- Greenhouse aggregation can occasionally trigger rate limiting
- Improved handling of “since last week” for comparing dates in Lexi
- Stage change events weren’t being aggregated for Greenhouse
- Trello integration now properly handles rate limiting when there are many updates
- Gusto integration now supports work_email field
- Forwarding a daily or weekly email from Outlook breaks all formatting
